In this video I share with you how to calculate sleep quantity depending on the type of tiredness you experience and also how to calculate sleep quality when you struggle with insomnia. There are so many misconceptions about sleep and the amount of sleep needed for us to function at our optimum. But the recommended amount of sleep for adults hasn’t really changed over the years. But is 7 hours of sleep enough?

Getting enough sleep hours is just one element we need to look at. In this video I go into more details how to figure out how much sleep is enough for you. Getting enough sleep and enough sleep hours will be different depending on a few factors.

Treating insomnia naturally in 2019 also comes down to knowing how much sleep you actually need. Learn how to treat insomnia naturally without medication through knowing how much sleep you need to function at your best during the day.
