My version of Crunchwrap Supreme, known for its delicious combination of flavors and satisfying crunch. Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 lb. Ground beef
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Ground paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
Kosher salt
Black pepper
8 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup. Nacho cheese sauce
4 Tostada shell
1 cup. Sour cream
1 cup. Shredded lettuce
1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Shredded cheddar
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
