Reviewing the 1Zpresso ZP6 Pour Over Grinder | Coffee with April

This week, we’re reviewing a new release from Taiwanese producer 1Zpresso. The ZP6 is pitched as a grinder optimised for pour over brewing due to it’s updated 48mm stainless steel burr set.

The adjustment mechanism has been updated, enabling the user more precision when selecting their grind setting. As usual with 1Zpresso grinders, we found the build quality to be very high with the materials feeling sturdy and solid. The grinder is very easy to adjust, disassemble or clean. The speed of grinding is comparatively very high, making this a very efficient choice of hand-grinder.

In this video we brew a sample recipe to test the capabilities of the grinder, in anticipation of creating and releasing our own hand grinder later this year.
