આ રીતે કૂકરમાં બનાવો ગ્રીન ઉંધીયું / સુરતી ઉંધીયું સૌ કોઈ આંગળા ચાટતા રહી જશે ।। Green Undhiyu Recipe

Ingredients(સસામગ્રી):
1/2 cup surti papdi (સુરતી પાપડી)
10 - 12 sticks of flat beans (વાલોળ)
10 - 12 sticks of cluster beans (ગુવાર)
50 gram fresh coriander leaves (ફ્રેશ કોથમીર)
50 gram green garlic (લીલું લસણ)
1 small piece of sweet potato (સક્કરીયા)
1 small piece of potato (બટેટા)
1 piece of raw banana (કાચા કેળા)
50 gram elephant yam (સુરણ)
5 small brinjals (રીંગણાં)
5 small ivy gourd (ટીંડોરા)
3 pieces of green chilies (લીલા મરચા)
1 inch ginger (આદુ)
5 - 6 undhiya vadi (ઉંધીયું વડી)
2 t/spoon grated coconut (નારિયેળનું ખમણ)
2 t/spoon green peas (લીલા વટાણા)
2 t/spoon green pigeon peas (લીલી તુવેર)
2 t/spoon cauliflower (ફુલાવર)
1 t/spoon salt (મીઠું)
1 t/spoon sugar (ખાંડ)
1 t/spoon sesame seeds (તલ)
1 t/spoon undhiyu masalo (ઊંધિયું મસાલા)
2 r/spoon peanut (સીંગદાણા)
2 t/spoon green chickpea (લીલા ચણા)
2 t/spoon lemon juice (લીંબુ નો રસ)
1/2 t/spoon carom seeds (અજમા)
1/2 t/spoon turmeric powder (હળદર)
1/2 t/spoon cumin & coriander powder (ધાણાજીરું)
1/2 t/spoon mustard seeds (રાઈ)
1/2 t/spoon cumin seeds (જીરું)
bay leave, curry leaves (મીઠો લીમડો)
100 ml cooking oil (તેલ)
