Extreme Reloading: Fine Tuning a Precision Rifle Load (ep. 13)

In this video we continue working on the .243 Win. load for my Ruger no. 1 rifle. Previously this season we improved the precision of this load by minimizing the jump to lands and testing the effect of bullet run-out. With a new bullet seating depth it is time to fine tune the load and seek the sill, in other words, identify the optimal charge weight (OCW).
