No campfire? No problem with this recipe for indoor s’mores! And there’s no need for the oven, either!

Bring all the fun of making s'mores into the kitchen with this kid-friendly, no-bake recipe that children of all ages can help make! The kids will still end up with sticky fingers and a chocolate-covered face, of course, so have some wet wipes handy and get ready to bring all the fun of making s'mores into the kitchen!

This indoor s’mores recipe also makes for a great dessert to bring to a party since it can be easily cut into bars and served on a platter.

Ingredients:
8 cups Golden Grahams™ Cereal
5 cups mini marshmallows, plus 2 cups for topping
1½ cups Milk Chocolate Chips
¼ cup light corn syrup
5 tbsp margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Measure out Golden Grahams™ cereal into a large bowl.
Use butter to grease the inside of a rectangular pan.
Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and margarine to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2½ to 3 minutes. Be sure to stop after every minute and stir the mixture until it’s melted together completely.
Stir the vanilla extract into the mixture.
Pour mixture over cereal in the large bowl and toss until cereal is evenly coated.
Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows and save the last cup for the topping.
Spread the mixture evenly in the buttered pan, using a buttered spatula or spoon to press down and even out the mixture.
Let stand uncovered for one hour or refrigerate to make firmer bars.
Cut into 2-3 inch squares and store covered at room temp for up to 2 days.
