Hello there, welcome once more to my Channel, if this is your first time stopping by, i will like to say a worm Akwaaba to you, if you are already a Subscriber, welcome back. I hope you stay to the very end to enjoy this video, let's do some Cooking.

Today we are cooking BANKU and OKRO Soup the Ghanaian way.
We start by introducing our pot, cooking Stove, charcoal and all other materials.

We wash our plantain leaves as usual,
Now our ingredients:
*Onions
*Palm Oil
Pepper
Wele
Keta school boys
Powdered Pepper
Momoni
Tomato paste
Salmon fish
OKRO
Beef
Corn doe
Cassavadoe

Pour water onto the Cassava doe and mash it.
Wash the cooking pot and ceive the Cassavadoe into it, add the Corndoe and mash it together.

Pour Charcoal into the coal pot, set fire into it and put the pot on fire.
We wash our wooden spatula and stair the mashed Corndoe and Doe.

Pour water onto the OKRO, wash it and wash our pot for the soup.
We start to slice the OKRO, add salt to the BANKU on fire and keep staring.

We move to our backyard to get our Ademe leaves .
We keep our eyes on the BANKU on fire, and start to drive it.

We pour water on it, stair and cover to boil.
We start cutting the onions, add to the sliced Okra and pour water on it, add pepper and put it on fire.

Pour water onto the Ademe leaves, wash it, slice it and add to the OKRO on fire.

Take off the lid from the boiling BANKU and continue to drive.
We take out most of the fire from the coal pot and leave the BANKU on a low medium heat to be cooked very well

The Oro start to boil, we start to wash the wele very thoroughlyand stair the OKRO.
We fan the fire as the OKRO keeps boiling.

Take off the OKRO from the fire add more charcoal, put another pot on fire and add the oil.
We wash the Keta School boys and add to the oil on firep, we add our Momoni and stair.

Add water, our wele and beef. Wash the fish and add to it, add the powdered pepper, slice onions, pepper and salt to taste.
Cover the pot, fan the fire and allow it to boil.

We open the pot and oh wow everything starts to boil so beautifully, then we start to stair. We cover it and allow it to boil for another few more minutes.

Now we open the pot, add the OKRO to it and stair together. Wooow this looks so yummy, mouth watering.

We now fan the fire and allow it to boil very well.
Let's get our BANKU ready for serving.
We put the BANKU into our earthenware bowl.

Our Banku and OKRO is ready, this is real African Food, you are all invited for this.
