Aloo ka paratha:--
Ingredients:--
Potato(aloo):-3large size,
Wheat flour(ghehun aata):-2cups,
Salt:-halt tsp,
Water:-for kneading flour,
Butter(makhan):-half cup,
Fresh Coriander leaves(khutmir):-1cup,
Mint(pudina):-half cup,
Green chillis (hare mirchi):-2 pcs,
Ginger(adrak):-1tsp,
Ajwain:-1/4tsp,

Process:-take 2 cups Wheat flour ,add Half tsp salt and half cup water for kneading flour to make dough after kneading softly keep it aside for 15 minutes.

For stuffing of paratha :- take potatoes 3 large size boiled it in cooker adding water 3 glasses, upto 3 whistle, after 3 whistle check the tenderness of potatoes keep it aside to cooled it down completely ,once get cooled then add fresh Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, chopped green chillis 2 pcs, 1/4tsp ajwain, salt taste according here I have add Half tsp and make round ball shape potatoes and keep aside
