In this video I’m using some of the ColourArte Primary Elements pigments I mixed up in my prior video (#30). I wanted a more subtle neutral palette and I wasn’t sure how the pigments would perform because they are new to me but I was pleasantly surprised with the subtle glow and color shift they provided.
