To access the UAC settings in Windows 10, follow these steps:

*Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
*Type "control userpasswords2" and press Enter.
*In the User Accounts window, click on the "Change User Account Control settings" link in the left-hand pane.
*A UAC window will appear. Use the slider to adjust the level of protection you want.
*There are four levels of protection available:

1*Never notify: This disables UAC completely.

2*Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer
(default): This is the default setting. It will only prompt you when an app is trying to make changes to your system.

3*Notify me only when apps try to make changes to my computer
(do not dim my desktop): This is similar to the default setting, but it will not dim the desktop when a UAC prompt appears.

4*Always notify: This will prompt you every time a change is made to your system, including changes made by apps and changes made by you.

**It is generally recommended to leave UAC at its default setting or to use one of the higher levels of protection. This will help ensure that your system is not modified without your knowledge, which can help protect you from malware and other security threats.
