Klein engines were built by their primary user, National Transit, for their own oil field and transmission line use. Most of them drove 3 cylinder vertical oil well vacuum or oil pipeline forwarding pumps. They were massive, and designed with a high capacity automatic oiler for unattended operation in remote pump houses. This engine came to the show with the pump that it drove.

This 15 Hp engine is one of the smallest Kleins, but is hardly working driving a good sized lineshaft machine shop.
