Decidueye Easily Solos 7 Star Torterra

This is a guaranteed win! It does require you to adjust to NPCs. At your disadvantages, you have a simple route: haze t1; energy ball x3 (t2-t4)-pass out or not; t5 use haze AFTER he shell smashes a second time; then nasty plot till you low on health--giga drain if you don't feel conformable-but get to plus 6 sp ATK (3 total nasty plots). Atk cheer if possible, then spam “giga drain”.

To your advantage, you take your time and gauge what you need to do--heal yourself via giga drain or die one time to allow yourself to buff AFTER raid boss removes debuffs on himself AND debuffs you. Torterra removes its debuff at 98%, removes your buffs at 80%, shields and removes its debuffs at 70%, shell smashes at 69%, and then you are free to go from therrr (nasty plot with no more buff removals).
