We made our own song, based on the infamous bring sally up challenge. You have to push up when the song says bring it up, and you have to bring it down when the song says bring it down.

The song is 3 minutes 23 seconds. That's a long pushup. This is a hard challenge.

But this version of the challenge is even harder, we want to not finish the song once, but as often as possible in a row without stopping... so the song just stopped, here we go again...

So what happens if you would do this for 30 days?
The main question: how much better are we going to get? But also, will it affect our physiques? Will we build muscle insane muscle? and how much money will they steal away for me... we'll find out... let's go.
