54 Bright Street is a four-story, four-unit condominium building. It is one of the new construction in the area that actually "MAINTAIN" the feel of existing architectural "CHARACTER" of its neighbors. The other new construction that maintain the "FEEL & AESTHETIC" of its neighbor is another project that I featured on this channel (York Ave & Grove St Project -    • 245 York Ave Construction St Project  | Co...  ).
This condominium was designed by Clayton Feurer, of developer-designer Jorge Mastropietro Architects Atelier.
