I'm also sharing one of our favorite smoothie recipes! This cleansing smoothie recipe contains ginger, celery, apple, lemon, banana and apple cider vinegar. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties which are incredible for muscle and joints and overall reduction of inflammation in the body. Apple cider vinegar is good at reducing bacteria and toxins. It's a natural cleanser that also helps balance blood sugar and blood pressure in the body. We like to make a cleansing smoothie like this about once a week and we notice a difference - it's powerful and effective!
