Follow Rock The Mountain for DIY homesteading and mountain living in coastal Japan. I bought some steep, inaccessible, and wild mountain land overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and will build a house and home for me and my family. I plan to do as much of the work as I can by myself, starting with clearing trees and wild vines and making flat surfaces to walk and drive on.
