How will IPPS-A Impact Basic HR Functions?

Have you heard? IPPS-A will be YOUR one-stop-shop for personnel and pay records. So, no more submitting paper forms – in triplicate – and making separate trips to the S1. Soldiers will use IPPS-A online – or through the mobile app – at anytime from anywhere to do personnel requests, updates and more. Additionally, Soldiers will be able to track actions until they are approved, and submit questions to their S1. With IPPS-A, performing HR tasks will be easier, faster, and reliable, so you can focus on what you do best!
