this was a bit of a disaster with the pastry. i think i didn't add enough water.
the recipe for the pastry is from the tried and tested Be-Ro book so it has to be me. the meal worked out better than expected and we enjoyed it.
we hope everyone had a giggle along with us.
225g or 8oz plain flour
pinch of salt
50g or 2oz lard
50g or 2oz margarine
30ml or 2 tbls cold water
