This is a re-upload of an earlier video with the same title, "Country Slander: Engineering Edition" with some changes since the previous version was age restricted by YouTube. This was probably due to the clip of the high-power truck engine exploding on the dyno, even though no one was hurt, the original video shows no one was hurt, and the original video still has ads running on it.

This seems contradictory in terms of how the TOS is being enforced, but nothing too crazy. The YouTube system is usually good but this seems like an accidental overreaction given how acceptable explosions are in real and staged content and entertainment, especially for people under the age of 18.

I hope YouTube implements a feature so users can remove or replace sections of a video if there are mild TOS infractions instead of having to either let the video die in restricted status or re-uploading a newly exported edit to a new page that is almost always going to perform poorly by comparison. This way, the video's views aren't reset to zero and all the comments aren't lost on a re-uploaded video with changes edited in.
