Let's add some movement and activity to our busy day with this 3-minute, low impact workout. We'll do 9 exercises, 20 seconds each, for a total of just 3 minutes. You'll be stepping to the beat and having so much fun that it'll be done before you even realize you've started!

Today is Day THREE of our 4-week challenge! We’ve got 5 workouts per week, perfectly designed for the Monday-to-Friday grind. You can do them as many times as you want—every hour on the hour, during lunch and work breaks, or even at home, between episodes of your favorite Netflix show. These workouts are quick, effective, and will leave you feeling refreshed.
