Malfunction?! (Hermit Crab Challenge Episode 3) - Surviving Mars Gameplay

Time to start a new modded series in Surviving Mars! I am doing the "Hermit Crab Challenge," in which you can only have one dome operating at a time. Once you build a new dome, you have to move everyone over to the new dome and demolish the old one! Just like what a hermit crab does (to my knowledge).
Chaining events like the SETI Satellite and High-Speed Comm Satellite can really help the early days of a colony, but a malfunction in the cargo rocket needed could be a significant problem!
