British Army Personal Kit - Layer 3 : Live!

The third video in this series about the British Army Soldier's personal kit - bergen contents. This is the infantry soldier's home, allowing the soldier to operate for extended periods in an Operational environment.

I talk through what I pack in my bergen, how I prioritise my kit and why I carry what I do.

The all up weight of the bergen, including five days rations and a litre of water, is 37lbs.
