The 2025 Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo, happening on August 23 at the Great Wolf Lodge, is not only a day to explore health and wellness but also to give back to our community. This year, we’re partnering with Vitalant Blood Services to host a summer blood drive, offering 1,000 free expo tickets to community members who donate blood before the event. In addition, as a BBB Accredited and Verified Purpose Driven Business, we donate 100% of admission proceeds from ticket sales to Pikes Peak Suicide Prevention. With over 100 exhibitors, workshops, and interactive displays, the event aims to empower individuals while raising awareness and providing valuable resources across all aspects of health, fitness, and wellness.

What inspired you to create the Colorado Springs Health & Fitness Expo, and how has it evolved since the inaugural event in 2023?
