Cinnamaldehyde reduce the actions of carbohydrates digestive enzymes in stomach.
Cinnamaldehyde helps in production of insulin from beta cells of pancreas.
Cinnamaldehyde modifies lipid profile, helps in increase HDL cholesterol and reduce the bad cholesterol LDL and Triglycerides.
It also helps in reducing the insulin resistance in PCOD/PCOS.
Daily recommended dose is 1- 1.5gm with Luke warm black Tea.
Frequency of dose at mid lunch/dinner or after half an hour of main meals.
