We are preparing an energy-filled detox drink with the miracle of nature, beetroot. 🫶🏼

Ingredients:
1 small beetroot
1 apple
2 carrots
1-2 pieces of ginger
A handful of mint leaves
Juice of half a lemon
1.5 glasses of water

Put all the ingredients in the blender. You can strain it or consume it with pulp.
