Phap is a dried yeast which is available in Tibetan market and it is used to ferment the wheat.

Ingredients of the wheat beer ( Dro Chang)

1: 5 Kg of wheat
2: 4 Liter of water
3: Phap ( Dried yeast for fermenting the Wheat)


Note: instead of Wheat you can use Rice, Barley as a substitute of wheat.
