I've never been more nervous for a music related performance in my life... Like, singing to a backup track and dancing like an idiot? Shouldn't be too hard, right? I was worried about faking a performance. I was worried about acting. I was worried about the sweat showing through my back and my ever encroaching bald spot. I was also worried about the cigarette scene. I've worked on and off for the American Cancer Society for years now and they have a no tolerance anti-smoking policy (fortunately, we were able to secure a very special kind of non-tobacco cigarette).

Anyhow, a shot of fireball and cranking the tunes certainly helped to ease the anxiety, but the enthusiasm of everyone who showed up that day; Rhino Media, our extras, and the band - that's what turned a fake performance into a real one - and after 6 hours of filming in a local PBS studio (and also after about 10 different shirt changes due to incessant perspiration), we got it done.

This video was the product of a ton of talented and driven people. Without these people, there would be no music video. Without them, I would not have a band. Without them, I would not be able to pursue what I love doing the most.

I hope you like our video. It was an absolute pleasure getting to make it.
