How we turned the scraps from dehydrating mangos and the honey from washing the honey-harvest buckets into a delicious mango wine.

Is a mango wine, mead or melomel (fruit infused mead)??? The purists may debate, but for me it is a delicious, fermented mango and honey infused beverage.

Follow in this video, captured over a couple of months, as we cover the full process of making wine. Covering the ingredients and how we put it together. The fermentation. Racking the wine. And aging the wine.

*Note: If you give something like this a go, keep in mind that there can be some nasty chemicals used as sprays. If you can't get unsprayed mangos, I would just use the seeds with the stuck flesh.
