"I recently came across your videos online and I was wondering if perhaps you could help me as I am in a pretty tight spot...

In short: I lost the sense of being a "psychological person" which revealed the "character" or Presence/watching, i lived like that for a couple of months which i would regard as without the psychological chatter. It was not an "awesome experience", actually i would describe it as very ordinary, in a sense, almost boring.

However, after a "perfect storm" i am back as the person, who now has to do something about the problem. Which I find hard to buy into, yet it seems true.

I don't really know who I am, or what to do, knowing in a sense that that is the illusion. I dont think or feel that I have any power, and I feel false, or untrue.

It's pretty entangled unfortunately. It is clear to me that in one sense I am feeding it, but I do not know how.

Could you please help me?"
