Ah, Mercury Retrograde....that time of year that everyone dreads and hides from! I'll explain what can happen during this transit for us as a collective in general, and also a bit of what can happen for us by individual sign.

Mercury's Shadow Period begins 2 weeks before it fully goes retrograde, which is the time that it spends slowing down preparing to begin its reverse orbit.

December 19th 2015 it began it's shadow period in Capricorn, will go retrograde at 1 degree Aquarius on January 5th 2016, travel back into Capricorn and finally station there direct on January 25th 2016. It's preceding Shadow Period will be from January 25th through February 8th. After that is the best time to move forward with plans. Until then, try to be patient with all of the mishaps, miscommunications, technical difficulties and typos, and remember you just need to slow down and go over the details more thoroughly.
