How To Make Iraqi Kofta Kebab

1kg mince (50% beef/50% lamb)
1 diced brown onion, juice removed
2 diced roma tomatoes, juice removed
1 tsp salt
cracked pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp ground tumeric
1 handful chopped parsley

If meat isnt sticky, crack in 1 egg to help bind it together
