2003-2008 Mercedes Benz SL55 SL550. Remove both sides of the dash panels. Remove 3 screws on each side of the dashboard. Remove the cover for the cup holders. Remove center dash. Remove screws on the pocket and remove. Remove screws on the bottom of the radio and remove the radio. There's plastic locking tabs on the bottom of the radio in the back. You need to push it down to remove the radio (becareful not to hurt yourself ^^). Remove the driver side running board. Remove silver trim on the side and remove the side panel . Remove 2 screws under armrest and remove the back panel. Remove screws on the rear panel and pull forward or remove the passenger side like the driver side to remove the back panel
Remove 2 10mm bolts and pull out the cd changer. Unplug the connector on the amplifier. Connect speaker wires, antenna adapter,antenna extensions, and canbus wires at the tuner and run them up to the radio .you can use blue wire at the 9 conductor wires as battery power from the amplifier for the power of radio. Connect ignition wire at the cigarette lighter plug
