More bonuses coming for OUC staff as troubled DC agency tries to fill vacancies

D.C.'s Office of Unified Communications (OUC) Director Heather McGaffin spoke to 7News Friday after weeks of working to get answers from the agency she leads.

7News caught her at the city's public safety job fair and questioned her about recent decisions made within the agency about staffing and bonuses.
