California Cannabis Industry Lab Testing Scandals

Long one touching on the lab testing scandals that are rocking the California cannabis industry right now.... If you aren't aware of the LA TIMES article that uncovered all of the contaminated products in the legal CA cannabis market - check it out.....

Just to be clear about our company, Jade Nectar, we have only worked with SC LABS for all of our compliance testing since before PROP 64 until today - and SC LABS is one of the only labs that is NOT being sued for fraudulent lab results - and they were also one of the labs that helped do some of more complex lab testing for the LA TIMES article. They are a real lab!

Because many of our customers are Medical Patients, we take lab testing extremely seriously, and we want true and accurate lab results (if there were ever a contamination issue - we want to know - not hide it!!) Jade Nectar has never failed a compliance lab test, and we always test 'ND' NONE DETECTED for every pesticide, solvent, mold, heavy metal, etc.... you can't get a cleaner lab test!!! And we are happy to share our lab results with anyone who wants to see them... and again, they are all with SC LABS, one of the only labs not caught up in this lab fraud scandal.

Also, we are considering EMERGENCY legislative solutions to ensure immediate safe & clean cannabis for Medical Patients - if any Medical Patients or cannabis operators would like to be involved with supporting these emergency solutions - please reach out.

The DCC has failed miserably at ensuring legal cannabis products are safe, so it is time for the licensed cannabis operators who care, to step up and work out solutions with lawmakers to ensure safe cannabis for Medical Patients first, and then this foundation can be applied to recreational products as well.

Time to take back the cannabis movement, and totally change the narrative - cannabis thrives when providing clean cannabis to those in need is the top priority - cannabis is a movement of kindness and compassion for those in need, and once we have the people in need taken care of, then we can start having fun!!!! But we need to take care of the folks in need first - peace
