For whoppers, after biting you want to move the left stick in the SAME direction as they move. Then move it up and down to reel in. You are given Tuff Joint Bait (Gastronome Tuna) and Duster Rig (Gajau) to use at the start of this mission. Both will count for completion.

Location:
Rest to change weather to Plenty, fish in Area 17 in the Scarlet Forest. Don't do it in the Downpour, it's impossible to see like I did.

Reward:
5 Gunpowderfish Scales and 5 Honey. Use of Tuff Joint Bait and Duster Rig unlocked at the start.
