With 291 horsepower under the hood, it offers solid acceleration, and if you’re craving a bit more engagement, the steering-wheel-mounted paddles let you take control. The transmission shifts effortlessly but can feel a bit busy on inclines. Front-wheel drive comes standard, but if you’re looking for extra traction, all-wheel drive is available across most trims and standard on the luxurious Calligraphy Night Edition. Plus, with a transmission cooler, trailer pre-wiring, sway control, and a towing capacity of up to 5000 pounds (when equipped with the dealer-installed hitch), this SUV is ready for your adventures.

Fuel economy is respectable for a vehicle of its size. The front-wheel-drive version achieves 19 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. Opting for all-wheel drive slightly lowers those numbers to 19 mpg city and 24 mpg highway.
