SCOTCH EGG RECIPE/ Perfect Cameroonian scotch egg/ Nigerian Egg Roll | CHRIST BELLA masterchef

today we are making some delicious scotch eggs. its known as egg rolls in some places, but its called scotch egg in Cameroon.
you cover dough around your hard boiled egg and deep fry it.
its yummy. easy.

ingredients needed:

2 cups of flour
1cup of lukewarm milk
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar.
