Review of the Newly Refurbished Ullswater Inn at Glenridding - Oh Dear!

The Ullswater Inn has only been open 16 days after a multi million pound refurbishment and is a new addition to the Inn Collection Group of Hotels. After previously enjoying a very good stay at the Swan Inn at Grasmere about 6 weeks ago (another Inn Collection Group Hotel) we were really excited to stop in this hotel, especially as it is on one of our favourite Lakes, Ullswater but oh dear, what a disappointment!

We paid full price for our room, they did ask me to do a review
