We also delve into the recipe for Sundialer, their latest core beer, which is distinctively a Verdant beer and has a bright hazy appearance and packs in a ton of hops from both New Zealand and the USA. James give us his top tips for how to approach brewing this beer at home and then beyond this, what it takes to approach brewing beer like Verdant do.
