There are three bosses to beat at the end of the game (four if you count both of Dracula's forms separately). Isaac and Death I beat first try, the Dracula fight is a second attempt. They were all pretty clutchy battles. After the ending and credits I check my save to clarify I have 100% map.

The first fight is near the start of the video, the Dracula fight is at 24:17
