But it is a gorgeous, adventure-filled destination that deserves a spot on your bucket list!

It is the perfect location to base yourself in if you want to explore some of Canada’s best National Parks. Yoho, Glacier, Banff, Jasper, Kootenay, and Mount Revelstoke are all within a two hour drive from Golden!

We will spend three days exploring the downtown, kayaking the Columbia Wetlands, visiting the Grizzly Bear Refuge on Kicking Horse Mountain, riding the mountain coaster at Golden Skybridge, hiking in Yoho and Glacier National Parks, and taking in the views on Mount 7.
