This 2D fluorescent bulb has a very short life, it died in less than a month after installation. The instant start ballast keeps trying to start the bulb, a clicking sound is made everytime the fixture attempts to start it.
This early EOL bulb is produced by APOLLO, there are also a number of bulbs from the same brand that have reached EOL within 3 months, possibly a quality issue on this batch. This bulb has already replaced by a GELEC bulb.
