CHEESE RAJMA MASALA BURRITO

Ingredients

200 grams cheddar cheese
Readymade rajma masala as required
4 readymade tortillas
Chaat masala to sprinkle
Kashmiri red chilli powder to sprinkle
Cooked rice as required
Shredded lettuce as required
Shredded purple cabbage as required
Sliced onions as required
Sour cream to drizzle

Method

1. Grate cheddar cheese. Heat a tortilla on a nonstick tawa.
2. Sprinkle grated cheese, chaat masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
1. Transfer on a work top. Spread a portion of rajma masala. Top up with a portion of rice. Sprinkle salt.
2. Arrange lettuce, purple cabbage and onion slices on top.
3. Sprinkle chaat masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder on top. Drizzle sour cream and fold tightly.
4. Transfer on tawa and cook for a minute or till thoroughly heated.
