Come learn with us as we delve into the topic of traumatic brain injuries (TBI's) and their prevalence. In this informative video, we will explore what TBI's are, brain inflammation (swelling), how our brains mitigate inflammation, and reasons why our brains struggle to reduce inflammation effectively.
Next, we will take a closer look at a recent research paper published in Nature Immunology, which presents a new therapeutic approach to reduce brain inflammation. During the video, we will examine the background information, methods, and conclude with the results of the paper.
It's important to note that although this research shows promise in reducing brain inflammation, it's still in its early stages and has not been approved by the FDA or tested through clinical trials. We want to acknowledge this fact.
