Enhancing the AWACS's communications capabilities

The NATO Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) provides the Alliance with air surveillance, battle management command and control, and communications.

For more than 30 years, the NCI Agency has been supporting the AWACS providing communication capabilities. Watch this video to learn how the new communications system built by the Agency’s Prototype Engineering Centre will improve situational awareness for NATO Commanders.
