Over the past month I launched my first ever product, obviously it is a salsa and the salsa is a Salsa Macha.

What is Salsa Macha?
Salsa Macha is the Mexican equivalent of an Asian Chili Crisp. It's a little smoky, has the perfect medium spice level to it and it goes great on soooo many foods. From pizza, fried chicken, tacos, chilaquiles and so much more.

If you've never had Salsa Macha or used it in the past, I thought it would be a cool idea to share a video in which I use the Salsa Macha in 3 different recipes. In this video you will find the following type of recipes: breakfast, appetizer & dinner.

Avocado Toast: A simple toasted white bread topped avocado and a fried egg that is fried in the Salsa Macha.

Fried Goat Cheese Balls: The goat cheese is formed into 1-2 tbsp sized balls, frozen and breaded in flour, egg wash then breadcrumbs. The goat cheese gets double breaded in this mixture then placed in freezer for 20-30 minutes before frying to make sure the goat cheese doesn't ooze out. Lastly mix together some Salsa Macha with honey, olive oil and some lemon juice. Either drizzle this mixture over the fried goat cheese or individually dip each one into the delicious sauce.

Baked Cod: You can do this with any fish really, baked with olive oil, salt & pepper. While the fish bakes, sauté thinly sliced shallots with lots of olive oil, once starting to soften, add in a couple tablespoons of the Salsa Macha. Finish off your plated dish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
