An Ayurvedic Look At The Isha Upanishad

** Video Notes **

The Upanishads along with Dhammapada and the Bhagavad Gita are considered the three first explorations of consciousness.

The form of the Upanishads that we have today that’s the most concrete was created in the eighth century (800 AD) by an Indian philosopher named Shankara. Out of the 200 Upanishads or so (depending on who you talk to) he took 10 main Upanihards and wrote commentaries on them.

The first one is very, very short and very, very, to the point. We are going to analyze verses 9 through 11 of the first Upanishad of the 10 principal ones that’s called Isha.
