Описание к видео Building a Playground

There is no place safer and more convenient for your children to play than your own backyard. A backyard play system means no streets to cross, control of who and what your child has exposure to, the convenience of supervising safe play while being able to complete other tasks, or simply relaxing while you watch your children play. Only a high quality play system that id designed to continuously challenge your children, like those designed by Heartland Playground systems, will keep them content in a safe and convenient location: your backyard.
Heartland has designed a premium line of redwood modular backyard playground equipment that will bring smiles to your children’s faces for years. In addition to those smiles, your children will be able to develop their bodies, imaginations and self confidence in a fun and non-intimidating environment: their own back yard.

Heartland’s highest priority when designing your child’s play system is safety. They are members of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) an organization that evaluates the safety of consumer goods including residential and commercial playground equipment.
Every Heartland unit is engineered , designed and built to meet or exceed all applicable ASTM safety standards.

Some of the safety features you will find on all Heartland Playground Systems are molded redwood lumber with ½” radius edges, recessed hardware, and vinyl safety sleeves on the swing chains. What you will not find are overlapping play zones, head or finger entrapments and choke hazards on any of their systems.
Heartland Playground Systems are constructed entirely from appearance graded heart redwood. Its natural resistance to decay and insect infestation durability and beautiful aesthetics make this a natural choice for the construction of backyard play systems. For that reason, they only purchase redwood from lumber companies who participate in the Sustained Yield Program and practice proven reforestation methods.
Every Heartland system is designed with 4”X4” and 4”X6” beam construction to ensure a rock solid, safe and dependable structure that will last for years.

Heartland’s safety, professional installation and price make Heartland Playground systems the number one value in backyard play. Compare their ASTIM safety compliance, the full lifetime warranty and pricing compared to the competition and you’ll agree the logical choice is a Heartland Playground System for your children.

Safety Zones Around the Heartland System
Once the Heartland system is in place, you need to add a safety zone around the unit to protect your children.

Government statistics show that a child is injured on the playground every two minutes!

And sixty percent of those injuries are caused by falls to hard surfaces.
A playground surface that cushions falls is just as important as the best play system you can buy.

Fibar Systems is a nationally recognized leader in providing safety zones for playground equipment both in the public and residential areas. It is an engineered wood product that cushions falls up to 12 feet, whereas sand, wood chips, pea gravel or grass do not. Fibar recommends that a bordering system be installed (i.e. landscape timbers, railroad ties) around the play system to hold in the cushion.
