This is just a video telling you guys what I've been up to while I've been away from YouTube. Long Story Short, I've pretty sick and miserable. So, I've decided to try and make some lifestyle changes to try and boost my immune system and improve my overall health as I'm aging. Cutting my sugar intake down to 25g per day is going to be very difficult, but I think can definitely make me feel better. I also want to try and better manage my stress as well. That's basically it!
