In this visual effects tutorial, we show you how to shoot and edit a Hyperlapse. A Hyperlapse shot is essentially a time-lapse while moving. You've probably seen time-lapse videos where it looks like the camera is moving through a city or panning around a building, that is a hyperlapse. Using this technique is also a great way to stretch out a dolly track. These are advanced time-lapses and add a lot to your videos.

I'll breakdown the process of how to create these hyperlapses by using 3 different applications. Essentially you can do the whole thing in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I'll take it a step further here. This will show you have to take more control over your time lapse footage with color correcting, stabilizing and adding effects. I've found this method to be the best workflow for creating Hyperlapses.

• For this tutorial, I use Adobe Lightroom, After Effects CC, and Premiere Pro CC 2017. No plugins are required.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

• Shoot on a level surface.
• Use your foot as a marker when moving your tripod.
• Use the warp stabilizer to quickly stabilize your timelapse footage in AE.
